Astor Piazzolla, one of the greatest composers of the Tango of the 20th century, “wanted the Tango to be heard before being danced to.” The city of Lucca celebrates the Argentinian composer’s Italian roots. Local authorities as well as the Argentinian Ambassador will officiate at the laying of the “Foundation Stone” Ceremony.
